Who you are dealing with

This site is run by House of Creatif (sole proprietor: Shivain Arora) (“Poetriarchy”, “we”, “us”), a community for artists and free thinkers based in Jaipur, India. “You” is anyone using the site, with or without an account.

Your account

• You need to be at least 16 to create an account. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian first.
• Give us real details. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
• One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.
• You can delete your account at any time by writing to us. Deleting it does not refund a membership that has already run.

Membership

• Membership costs ₹499 and runs for 6 months from the day the payment succeeds. See Pricing.
• It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically and we never store your card.
• Membership gives you a profile, first call on performance slots, a listing organisers can browse, a portfolio PDF, member rates on workshops, and the member rooms in Masakali. What is included can change as the community grows; we will not quietly take away something you paid for.
• Membership is personal. You cannot share, sell or transfer it.
• Paying activates your account immediately. It does not put your artist profile on the public site, that needs review, below.

Artist listings and review

• Anything you submit as an artist listing is reviewed by the Poetriarchy team before it appears publicly.
• We can approve, ask for changes, or decline a listing. We are not obliged to publish anything.
• If we decline a listing you paid for at the point of submission, you get your money back, see Cancellation & Refunds.
• We can take a published listing down if it breaks these terms or if the artist asks us to.

What you post

Your work stays yours. By posting it here, a profile, a portfolio, an art instant in Masakali, you give us permission to show it on the site and in our own posts about the community, with credit. You can ask us to take it down.

Do not post work that is not yours, and do not post anything that is:

• hateful, harassing, or targeted at a person or a group;
• sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal content;
• a threat, doxxing, or an attempt to impersonate someone;
• spam, advertising, or a scam.

We can remove anything that crosses those lines, stop someone posting, or close an account. For serious cases, we will also report it. This is a safe space before it is anything else.

Events and bookings

Event listings, line-ups and timings can change. Booking an artist through this site starts a conversation; the actual agreement, fee and payment are between you and the artist unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Membership does not guarantee a slot at any particular event.

The site itself

• We run the site as well as we can, but we cannot promise it is always up or error-free.
• Features like Masakali's rooms, the Fun corner and the playlist can change or pause while we build them.
• Do not try to break in, scrape at scale, or overload the site.
• The Poetriarchy name, logo and the site's design and words are ours. Members' work belongs to its makers.

Liability

We are a small community organisation. Where the law allows us to limit what we owe you, our total liability for anything connected to the site or a membership is capped at what you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
