Nothing ships. Everything is digital.

What you get, and when

• Immediately on payment. Your membership activates as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. Sign in and your account page shows it as active, with the date it runs until.
• If the page does not update, the payment confirmation from Razorpay can take a few minutes to reach us. Refresh your account page, and if it is still not active after 30 minutes, write to us and we will fix it by hand.
• Your membership runs for 6 months from that moment. Nothing renews automatically.

The parts that need a person

• Your public artist profile appears only after the team reviews your portfolio. We aim to review within 7 working days. Paying does not skip the review, see Terms.
• Your portfolio PDF can be downloaded from your profile as soon as it is approved.
• Performance slots, workshops and events are arranged with you over email or the community group. Membership gives you first call on them, not an automatic booking.
• Surprise gifts for Art Score milestones are sent by the team when they are earned. Where a gift is a physical thing, we will ask you for an address at that point.

Where it is delivered

Everything is delivered to your account on poetriarchy.com and to the email address on it, so keep that address current. We can serve members anywhere, though the events themselves are in Jaipur, India.

If something does not arrive

Tell us. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
