What we keep, and why.
Short version: we keep what you type into a form so we can reply to you. We do not sell it, share it, or send it anywhere else.
What we collect
- Forms. Your name, email, and anything else you fill in — phone, city, links, and whatever you write in the message box.
- Fun corner. The name, mood and words you type, plus the piece we write back. We keep these to stop the page being abused and to know how much it is being used.
- A one-way hash of your IP address. Not your IP itself — a scrambled version of it that we cannot reverse. It exists so one person cannot flood our inbox.
What we do with it
We read it and we reply to it. Applications are reviewed by the Poetriarchy core team. Booking and partnership enquiries are answered by whoever handles that. Nothing is sold, and nothing is passed to a third party for marketing.
Who can see it
A small number of Poetriarchy team members, through a password-protected admin area on this site. That is it.
How long we keep it
Applications and enquiries stay until they are no longer useful to us. Fun corner entries are kept for operational reasons and are not linked to anything else about you.
Getting it deleted
Write to poetriarchy@gmail.com and ask. We will delete what we hold about you and confirm when it is done.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, and only for logged-in Poetriarchy admins. Visitors are not tracked with cookies.
